This reminds me of what I remember from watching Watership Down when I was little. We had to stop watching it because I got too scared when blood started rapidly coming across all the snow. I don't remember anything else from the movie.
This was inspired by some dental work I had a couple of weeks ago. I had a little trouble with bleeding and when I looked in the mirror, there was blood pooling between my teeth, and spilling out a bit. It gave me a flashback to the days of the tumor in my jaw. They told me that if one of my boys had hit me in the jaw, I would have bled to death in minutes.
Greatest of Dad's comics, in my opinion. Very close to channeling pure foot energy, good color progression through the page, good framing, nice snowflakes.

Because it started snowing blood and it hits the tops first.
